No. We advise on English law and on UK and EU trademark procedure. Local law questions go to correspondent counsel, with the cost agreed with you first.
Only if it was registered before 1 January 2021, in which case a comparable UK right was created automatically. Newer EU filings do not cover the UK, so a separate UK application is required.
Fixed fees in SEK, DKK or EUR, agreed in writing before work begins. Official fees are passed through at cost. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
