Sector fluency

Written by a solicitor who runs businesses, not just advises them.

TECH & SAAS

Software, AI & data

SaaS subscriptions, development agreements, DPAs, AI-use and model-provider terms, drafted by a practitioner who ships production software and has sat on the customer side of every one of these documents.

CREATOR ECONOMY

Influencer & media deals

Brand collaboration agreements, talent management contracts, sponsorship and podcast agreements, informed by running a six-figure-audience media operation and a talent brand.

CROSS-BORDER

cross-border–EU deals

Governing law and enforcement strategy across three jurisdictions handled inside one privileged relationship. When your counterparty is in Berlin or Boston, the contract is drafted knowing how it will actually be enforced.

Common questions

Contract FAQs.

What's the difference between the review and drafting fees?

A review takes your existing or incoming contract and returns a markup plus a written note of the risks and the changes to push for. Drafting starts from a blank page around your actual deal. Both are fixed-fee; a review can be upgraded to drafting with the review fee credited.

Can you draft terms & conditions for my website or SaaS product?

Yes, B2B and B2C terms, SaaS subscription terms, acceptable-use and SLA schedules, privacy and cookie policies. The practice ships its own software products, so SaaS terms are drafted by someone who has been on your side of them.

Do you do shareholder agreements?

Yes, including the articles amendments that make them work: leaver provisions, drag and tag, reserved matters, deadlock. £950 fixed for a standard two-to-four shareholder company.

My counterparty is overseas. Does that change anything?

It usually changes governing law, jurisdiction and enforcement strategy, which is exactly where a dual-qualified cross-border practice earns its fee. Cross-border contracts are a core lane here, not an exception.

Will you just tell me a contract is fine if it is?

Yes. A review that says 'sign it, here are the two clauses to watch in performance' is a good outcome, and you will not be upsold work you do not need.
